Superior Log Products - All of our products are kiln dried to around 18% moisture content. Our logs are random length with precut log corners in either dovetail or saddle notch corner styles. We also provide a detailed log cut sheet plan which shows the exact length of each log, window and door openings and locations of needed electrical chases.
Practical Sense - We find it very curious that so many clients are convinced by current companies in the log home industry to purchase an entire turn-key materials package from that particular log home company. This idea adds to extra handling, scheduling, and higher costs. With hundreds of locations nationwide, 84 Lumber can provide all other needed building materials to turn-key the Walker Top Log Home at a price point in which other log home companies can’t match.
Delivery - Basically becoming the industry standard, there are many log home companies that ship their material packages all together, all at once. It is then up to the client to unload all the materials onsite and worry what their interior tongue and groove, trim materials, etc. will look like after months of being stored on their jobsite waiting to be used.
